About the clinic

A collaborative, neuroaffirming psychology practice

Jessica Radovan Psychology is a private psychology practice based in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, offering in-person and telehealth services across Australia.
The practice was established to provide a calm, inclusive space where people feel heard, understood, and supported to make sense of what is going on for them. Work is guided by collaboration and curiosity, with care taken to understand each person in context rather than applying one-size-fits-all explanations.
Jessica Radovan Psychology supports children, young people, adults, families, and clinicians, with a focus on thoughtful, evidence-based psychological care.
Our vision and mission

The driving purpose behind our work

Our vision

To create an inclusive, warm, and collaborative space where people feel safe to explore their experiences, understand themselves more deeply, and develop tools to respond to life’s challenges.

Our mission

To offer psychological support that centres on understanding, clarity, and collaboration. We aim to help people feel heard and understood, support them with what feels most important right now, and work together to develop insight and practical strategies that support meaningful change.

Our values

What guides our work

Jessica Radovan Psychology is committed to providing a supportive and respectful space for therapy, assessment, and supervision. Care is shaped by careful listening, collaboration, and an understanding of each person in context.
Compassion

Every person is met with empathy, respect, and care. The focus is on listening carefully and creating a space where people feel genuinely heard.

Collaboration

Work is approached as a shared process. Understanding and goals are developed together, with attention to what feels most important to the individual or family.

Values-oriented practice

Support is guided by what matters to the person seeking care, rather than by rigid frameworks or expectations.

Neuroaffirming care

All neurotypes are respected and valued. Differences in thinking, learning, and experiencing the world are understood as part of human diversity.

Family-focused support

Where appropriate, care considers the broader family system, with the aim of supporting understanding, connection, and wellbeing across the family.

Jessica is a compassionate, collaborative, and experienced psychologist who enjoys working with young people and their families. Her work focuses on supporting young people to better understand themselves and develop practical tools to navigate the challenges and changes that life can bring.
She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent young people, supporting them to understand their neurodivergent identity and navigate school, relationships, and everyday life. Jessica also works with young people experiencing anxiety, OCD, and mood-related concerns.
Alongside therapy, Jessica has extensive experience conducting assessments, including neuroaffirming diagnostic assessments for neurodivergence, as well as intelligence and psychoeducational assessments.
Jessica has worked across a range of settings, including private practice, hospitals, schools, and non-government organisations, in both Australia and the United Kingdom. This breadth of experience informs a thoughtful and flexible approach to her clinical work.
Her practice is informed by evidence-based therapies, with a particular focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). She is also trained in parenting programs such as Tuning into Kids and Triple P, and has experience supporting parents to respond to challenging moments and strengthen the parent–child relationship.
Jessica is also a board-approved supervisor.
