Jessica Radovan Psychology provides psychological therapy, comprehensive assessments, and clinical supervision for children, adolescents, young adults, families, and fellow clinicians.
Individual therapy

Psychological support for children, adolescents, and families (ages 10+)

Therapy sessions provide a supportive space to explore emotional, psychological, and life challenges, and to develop practical strategies that support wellbeing and day-to-day functioning.
Jessica provides therapy for children aged 10 years and older, and supports concerns including:
  • Anxiety and worry
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Low mood and depression
  • Self-esteem difficulties
  • Understanding neurodivergent identity, including masking and energy management

Understanding learning, cognition, and neurodivergence

Psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments (ages 6+)

Jessica Radovan Psychology offers psychological assessments for children aged 6 years and older, adolescents, and adults who are seeking greater clarity around learning, cognitive strengths and challenges, and possible neurodivergence. Assessments are approached with care, transparency, and a strong focus on meaningful, practical outcomes. Feedback occurs within 3 weeks of the final testing session.
Autism assessments
Autism assessments are conducted using a neuroaffirming approach and may include:
  • Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale – Second Edition (ADOS-2)
  • Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R)
  • Monteiro Interview Guidelines for Diagnosing the Autism Spectrum – Second Edition (MIGDAS-2), a sensory-based, neuroaffirming assessment tool
Intelligence and cognitive assessments
  • Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth Edition (WISC-V)
Psychoeducational / ADHD assessments
  • Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth Edition (WISC-V)
  • Wechsler Individual Achievement Test – Third Edition (WIAT-III)
Diagnostic assessments
  • Autism and/or ADHD
  • Combined Autism and ADHD (AuDHD)
  • Specific learning disorders (e.g., dyslexia, dysgraphia, or dyscalculia)
  • A recommendation from another professional or school
  • Wanting to better understand learning strengths and challenges
  • Curious as to if my child has a learning disorder, e.g., dysleixa, dysgraphia, dyscalculia
  • Difficulties with focus, attention, or completing tasks
  • Differences in social interactions, including challenges with social interactions, relationships, and reading social cues
  • Sensory differences or repetitive behaviours
  • Seeking diagnosis to support access to services or funding
What to expect
All assessments begin with an intake call to understand your concerns and determine the most appropriate assessment pathway.
ADHD and psychoeducational assessments may include:
  • A one-hour parent or carer interview
  • Questionnaires completed by parents/carers and school (where relevant)
  • One to two assessment sessions lasting between 90 minutes and three hours
  • A feedback session and comprehensive written report with practical recommendations
Autism assessments may include:
  • An in-depth parent or carer interview (up to three hours). Older adolescents and adults attend with a parent, sibling, or partner
  • Questionnaires exploring communication, social differences, and everyday functioning
  • A one to 1.5-hour direct assessment using ADOS-2 or MIGDAS-2
  • A feedback session and comprehensive report with clear, practical recommendations
Support after assessment
Post-assessment sessions are available to support individuals and families following a diagnosis. These sessions focus on understanding identity, experiences, and practical ways to move forward.
Support may include:
  • Psychoeducation about neurodivergence
  • Support with identity understanding
  • Strategies for masking, energy management, and social differences
  • Executive functioning strategies and environmental supports

Parenting support

Guidance for supporting your child

At Jessica Radovan Psychology, parenting support is available for parents and carers who want to better understand their child’s needs and respond to challenges with confidence and care. Sessions focus on practical strategies, understanding behaviour in context, and strengthening connection.
Jessica is trained in evidence-based parenting programs, including Tuning into Kids and Triple P.
Parenting support may include:
  • Understanding your child’s emotional, behavioural, or developmental needs
  • Making sense of challenging behaviours in context
  • Developing practical strategies to support regulation and connection
  • Strengthening the parent–child relationship
  • Support in navigating school or other systems where relevant

Jessica Radovan is a board-approved supervisor and provides clinical supervision for:

Supervision offers a reflective, supportive space to explore clinical work, professional development, and complex presentations for both therapy and assessment cases, with a particular focus on neurodivergence and comorbid mental health concerns. Clinical supervision may support:
